I am a creative practitioner focused primarily on photography, with a particular interest in the way that people capture significant moments in their lives through photography. I’m interested in the stories that are told through their photographic practice and aim to share stories of my own in a similar way.
I am interested in the role photography can play in matters of social justice by allowing these issues to be witnessed by a wider audience and often in ways that offer a more up-close depiction of actual events. Through this I am conscious of the way that photography can capture people in action – not just static portraits.
